My itch to become a celebrant started at my brother’s wedding.

As I watched the beautiful ceremony, I thought,

‘Wouldn't it be so special to help put together their dream day?’.

When I completed my celebrant accreditation, I was living in sunny Byron Bay. The wedding culture there is phenomenal (what a backdrop!), and many of my friends were getting married, so it was the perfect place to start.

Many weddings later, I now call Tasmania / lutruwita home. When I’m not writing and performing ceremonies, you’ll find me deep in a book, trying out a new recipe, swimming in salty water or playing endless games of Yahtzee.
